How to cancel your subscription and what to expect.

Overview

You can cancel a paid StampCraft subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not delete your account immediately.

After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the free Taster plan unless you choose to delete it.

How to cancel

From your dashboard: go to Billing & Subscription and use the manage subscription options available for your account.

Through Dodo Payments: paid subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from the Dodo Payments customer portal linked during checkout.

By email: if you need help cancelling or changing your billing date, contact support@stampcraft.in with your account email and subscription ID.

What happens after cancellation

Your subscription status will change to canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Campaigns and features above free-plan limits may become read-only or inactive after downgrade. Customer stamp data is retained according to your plan limits and our Privacy Policy.

You can upgrade again at any time from the billing page.

Free plan

The Taster plan has no recurring charge and does not require cancellation. You may stop using StampCraft or delete your account from the dashboard at any time.

Account deletion

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or business data. To request full account deletion, email support@stampcraft.in from your registered email address.

We may retain certain records as required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
